Our technical support experts can log into your system remotely to diagnose any issue and keep your productions running smoothly. While others are known for selling you a switcher and abandoning you, Broadcast Pix is the opposite - we help you get the most out of your live production purchase. Software and Driver Downloads
To download software for your system, you must first log in to your account by clicking on Login in the upper right. If you have not yet set up an account, click here to register for immediate access. You will need the serial number of your system. Once you are logged in, the Software and Driver downloads will be available in the tabs above.
The most current software release is available for Broadcast Pix systems under warranty or with a support contract. If your system is not under warranty, you can purchase the most current release or go to the Out of Warranty Release section for your type of system.
- Please note: Broadcast Pix uses a Long Term Service Branch of Windows 10. Unlike Home and Professional versions of Windows 10, which have expired, your Broadcast Pix system will remain supported as long as your warranty is up to date. The Long Term Service Branch of Windows 10 expires in 2032, and Broadcast Pix will continue to provide support through that time.

Extend Your Warranty
The latest software is available for systems under warranty with a current support contract. This warranty can also protect you from service costs (hardware service and parts) and provides free phone support. Not having your system under warranty could cost $1500 for a switcher or server frame and $1000 for a panel per factory service incident- including diagnosis and repair, excluding parts. Phone support also costs $250 an hour (1-hour minimum).
